Scope
This notice applies to streakzz-app.com and www.streakzz-app.com. The website introduces StreakZZ as an app by Christian Scott / Medienagentur dmp and links to the app stores and our support. The separate app privacy policy covers processing inside the app.
Hosting and technical delivery
We use Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, for hosting, content delivery and website security. Pages are served as static files; we operate no website database or server-side user account.
Vercel processes necessary connection data when a page is requested. This may include your IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information and HTTP status. Processing serves delivery, stability, technical diagnosis and abuse prevention. Our legitimate interest in a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR is the legal basis.
Processing terms, international transfers and retention
Vercel’s processing terms are available at https://vercel.com/legal/dpa. They provide EU Standard Contractual Clauses for processing outside the EEA. Vercel uses subprocessors for global delivery.
We maintain no additional visitor database or access logs. Technical operations and security data are retained according to their delivery, diagnosis or security purpose and Vercel’s contractual terms. Vercel provides for deletion or anonymisation of personal operations data when it is no longer needed for these purposes, subject to statutory retention duties.
Privacy choice in your browser
We store your choice in local browser storage under streakzz_cookie_consent: version, analytics acceptance or refusal, and save and expiry dates. The choice applies across this website’s languages for no more than 180 days. Storage is necessary to implement your decision (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG); processing the choice relies on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Analytics stays off if a choice is missing, invalid or expired. You can change it at any time through Privacy settings in the footer.
Optional website analytics with Pirsch
Only with your consent do we use Pirsch Analytics by Emvi Software GmbH, Germany, to evaluate visits, campaigns and clicks on app-store and contact links. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Analytics is optional. To withdraw consent for the future, open Privacy settings in the footer and choose Necessary only, or disable website analytics and save your selection.
Pirsch receives the page path, permitted UTM campaign labels, referrer, time, browser and device information, and approximate location (country/city). External referrers are reduced to their domain; other URL parameters and fragments are removed. Store-click events contain only the sanitised store URL; contact events contain only the channel (email or phone). Message contents, contact addresses, phone numbers and screen dimensions are not transmitted.
During the connection, Pirsch processes the IP address and User-Agent to derive a website-specific visitor identifier that changes daily. According to the provider, IP addresses are never stored or logged and visitors are not matched across websites. User-Agent data is stored separately from page views for up to three months. Pirsch sets no analytics cookies. Statistics remain in the dashboard until deleted. Provider information: https://pirsch.io/privacy and https://docs.pirsch.io/privacy.
External content and links
The site embeds no DMP assistant, videos, social widgets or externally loaded fonts. Images and fonts are served by this website.
Links to the App Store, Google Play and DMP load those websites only when you follow the respective link. The destination provider's privacy notice applies there.
Email contact
If you contact us by email, we process your email address and message to respond. Contract-related enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Information is retained as long as needed to address your request or meet statutory retention duties. Please leave out sensitive habit entries unless they are required for your request.
The website and app are separate
This website does not collect habits, notes, streaks or app purchases. See the separate app privacy policy linked in the footer for processing inside the app.
